The existing website lacked a clear structure and visual hierarchy, making the value proposition difficult to understand. Content was dense and unstructured, the design felt outdated, and the overall experience did not support conversion or reflect the expertise behind the brand.

UX research & IDeation
I started by aligning on business goals and user needs, then restructured the information architecture to improve clarity and navigation. Moodboards helped define the visual direction, and wireframes translated strategy into clear layouts and user flows before moving into final UI design.
