Green Ways is a European leader in natural green foods, built on a mission to bridge health, prosperity, and personal freedom through high-quality, science-backed products that are ecological, gluten-free, vegan, and non-GMO.
Its web and mobile app is a multi-functional platform supporting a community-driven business model, where users grow through registrations, points, and bonuses. At the same time, it serves as a members-only hub offering a built-in e-shop, exclusive deals, rewards, premium educational content, documentaries, news, and curated tips — all in one unified experience.

The Challenge
The existing application suffered from an outdated visual design, poor usability, and long load times that negatively affected the overall user experience. Key features were difficult to navigate, performance issues slowed user flows, and the product no longer supported the complexity of the business model or the expectations of modern users.

Design system & components
To support the redesign and long-term scalability of the product, I built a comprehensive design system from the ground up and defined the overall visual direction. This included establishing the visual language for all UI components and visual assets, ensuring consistency across the web app, mobile app, and e-shop while enabling faster design, development, and iteration.

The final UI solution brings clarity and structure to a complex product ecosystem. Through a fully responsive design system and cohesive visual language, the web and mobile experiences were redesigned to feel modern, intuitive, and consistent — making key features easier to access while supporting scale across devices and platforms.
